Manuela works within organizations on the implementation of change processes to further expand organizational capabilities in the digital environment. She focuses on humanised change processes with an important role in way of working, change communication, and the overall decision-making process to align teams and stakeholders during the growth of agile maturity. She works together with senior managementteams to work out the most urgent communication issues and organizational themes within line and staff divisions.

Manuela has excellent insight into interests, needs, pain points of target groups, the translation of meaning,  laddering  analysis and interpretation of qualitative data. She is a sparringpartner in preparation of brainstorming sessions, workshops, interviews, lectures, presentations and reports. Manuela focuses on bridging the gap between the business and technology divisions to enable change initiatives created by teams for readiness in BAU.

Prior to joining Tetr & Aeder Consultants, Manuela starts her career at BBDO Worldwide and worked for more than 10 years as an independent consultant for commercial and non-commercial service industries. She fulfilled advisory roles at the INHolland University of Applied Sciences Rotterdam. Manuela has experience in the healthcare, financial services, non-profit and educational sectors.
