Ricardo is an expert in the organization’s processes performance improvement, services practices and digital capabilities. He is deeply versed across the transformation sphere, specializing in programme excellence, strategy implementation, digital business tools as well as IT platform development.

He works with C-level management on all strategic elements of the programme, recommending best practices, industry standards and aligned solutions based on IT-business needs. His focus areas in the digital space include fintech-RPA, mergers and acquisitions and budget control mitigation to finally simplify solutions and modernize technology business environments.

Prior to joining Tetr & Aeder Independent Consultants, Ricardo worked for GTE Verizon Business as a global Director and Consultant. He has more than 12 years of global consulting experience and worked across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East & Africa, LATAM and the US.
